Dust extraction
LUKSAL the UK distributor of Keller Lufttechnik work in close partnership to design, supply and install dust collection systems for virtually all industrial applications. Keller is a global filtration technology company specialising in the capture and separation of a variety of air pollutants, as well as in the reduction of emissions in industrial applications.
Within our product portfolio, we have Filters and filter systems for almost every application.
Vario.
A highly effective, energy-efficient Dust collector unit for fine dusts. The Keller VARIO unit is particularly suitable for the separation of fine dust. Most classes of dust can be successfully filtered and separated. Significant separation efficiency is achieved with very low energy usage.
L-Cut.
Effective risk-free dust collector and separation for combustible dusts from thermal processes among other.
The Keller L-CUT series is specially designed to collect and separate dust such as fine metallic oxide particles and fumes created by thermal processes such as joining, separation or surface treatment by laser, plasma or gases.
PT Filter.
For highly effective, energy-efficient dry separation dust collector for fine dust in small production spaces.
The Keller PT Filter series is especially suitable for the separation of fine, free-flowing dust created by mechanical and thermal processes.
A special feature is the exchange of filter plates on the clean air side for easy maintenance, and reduced height for greater accessibility.
Jet Set.
A dust collector for the separation of large volumes of fine dust particles.
The Keller JET-SET dust collector series is especially suitable for the separation of high volumes of fine dust in many applications. Nearly all types of dust can be successfully separated, such as those created in metal and polymer processing, recycling or timber industries, as well as treatment of non-metallic minerals.
TR1.
Explosive dust from dry processes or MQL is extracted directly at the machine and safely separated in the TR1 dust collector.
Keller TR-1 for MQL and dry processing was designed as a stand-alone-system to be installed adjacent to a machine (emission source).
Vacuum Suction Units.
Centralised vacuum system for highly effective surface cleaning.
It is necessary to provide a clean manufacturing environment, e.g., clean machinery and work areas in order to achieve optimal production results. Although brooms, mobile vacuum cleaners and blowing with compressed air are the most commonly used cleaning methods, they are not the most effective form of cleaning technology. When cleaning with compressed air for example, it can be that people in the vicinity are exposed to dispersed dust. Keller Lufttechnik along with its UK partner LUKSAL offers numerous stationary vacuum units that cost-effectively enhance productivity and efficiency, and require low maintenance.
Work Booths and Work Stations.
Suction and separation at workstations, work booths and workbenches
Grinding, shot blasting, welding or similar processes create dusts during manual and automatic processing. Collection, suction and separation of these dusts is required.
Work booths and workstations are specifically designed to create an air movement away from the workforce to create a safe working environment. All the dust is captured and filtered safely within a Keller dust collector.
Ambi tower
Indirect collection and removal of dry dust and fumes from welding process.
In some processes, direct extraction at the emission source or specific point collection may not be feasible because of the location of the installation. Keller AmbiTower extracts ambient air with a single unit without any ductwork and returns the cleaned, filtered air at low velocity back into the workplace.
This protects staff from residual contaminants and ensures adherence to occupational limit values (1.25 mg/m³ according to TRGS 900).
Venturi wet scrubber. For combustible, explosive, humid and adhesive dusts
The Keller Venturi wet scrubber models are used for the dust collection of substances that cannot normally be separated or are difficult to separate in dry operating systems (hot, sticky products such as bitumen). Our high-performance separators inject water into the airflow as the basic concept of the venturi principle. These multipurpose units can be utilised in almost all sectors of industry.
HydronPlus compact wet separator
Wet separation directly at the workstation with recirculating air operation
Keller HydronPlus compact wet separator is geared toward manufacturing processes that create combustible, explosive or adhesive dust. It combines the advantages of a wet separator with the high separation efficiencies of a dry operating process and thereby enables the recirculation of clean air.
High efficiency in the Reduction of Emissions, Processing and Separation.
Oil mist separator AERO
Emissions from metal processing such as drilling, turning, milling and grinding are reliably separated and filtered with the Keller AERO filters.
The growth of highly efficient manufacturing processes leads to a considerable increase in the dirty air load from aerosols (oil mist, fumes and particulate). This challenge requires new solutions to meet tougher industrial requirements. The new AERO® separator was designed and engineered to meet the strictest requirements and enables a reliable separation of oil mist.
ENA emulsion mist separator
Coolant aerosols reliably extracted and filtered.
ENA coolant mist separators remove water-soluble aerosols created by coolants during cutting and metalworking. Reusable wire mesh filters effectively separate coolant mist aerosols.
